The same is true for every living human no matter what you may believe about God. We are all born in the image of the one God who created us in their image. There is no separation among people of any nation, culture, color, or religion. Male and female, God created everyone in their image. We are one and the same.
As I choose to love God, I must also choose to love all people day by day. I choose to love children at our border, people I meet in culture, people of every color, and people of every belief system, without judging them in any way. I choose to receive the presence of these others just the same as I choose to receive the presence of God.
In choosing to love God, I must also choose to love the image of God, in every situation of life. Such is the mystery of spiritual love.
