As Christians, we worship God as Trinity. That is, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. But at the same time, our worship has a strong focus on Christ. Part of the mystery of Christianity is that these are one in the same.
Jesus is our gateway to God. We see God in Christ, and Jesus is the true revelation of God. In our contemplations on Christ, we are able to enter into the deity of the Trinity. We can see God and experience God when we gaze on Jesus.
In Christ the complete fullness of the Godhead dwells in bodily form. There is no separating Jesus from the Trinity. They are one in the same. This is the simplicity of mystery that Christ is God. Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.
Approach Jesus with the simplicity of a child and you just might find yourself caught up in the fullness of the Trinity.
